Deer saddle medailons with juniper and rosemary, roasted real boletus with chanterelle and potato puree

Marinated slices of fresh pineapple with vanilla ice cream and mint pesto

Breaded Wiener escalope of veal leg, pan roasted potatoes with fresh herbs and lettuce bouquet with lemon vinaigrette
