Our "All You Can Eat" offers a selection of different appetizers, soups, main courses and desserts. How you order, how often you order, or in which sequence remains up to you. Starters

  1. Terrine of smoked trout with jelly walnut riesling
  2. Octopus carpaccio with pine nuts and brittle mache
  3. Smoked duck breast, marinated pumpkin butter, ricotta, pine nuts and orange-honey mousse
  4. Beef tartar, roasted garlic toast and salad of rocket
  5. Potato espuma and warm salad of oyster mushrooms, shitake and leaf parsley soups

Soups

  1. Cappuccino of green peas and parma ham
  2. Bisque of lobster, confit potato in butter and saffron mayonnaise main courses

Main Courses

  1. Poached trout, salad with pak choi and lemon butter
  2. Grilled tiger prawns and caramelised chilli pepper with persimmon
  3. Sous vide veal chop, ragout of root vegetables, grilled polenta and sage glaze
  4. Beef cheeks in red wine, sweet potato purée
  5. Deer saddle with cream, homemade dumplings and fresh cranberries desserts

Desserts

  1. Chocolate soup, banana bread and chocolate mousse manjar
  2. Roasted pineapple with cottage cheese mousse, caramelised nuts
  3. Traditional crème brûlée of Tahitian vanilla
  4. Espuma of semolina pudding with chocolate caviar
